NEW DUCK DOG MONEY SERIES

Duck Dog series trials will be held the second saturday of each month bring cash only to enter dog's , we have to pay out in cash to winners !
May trial was alot of fun we had a good turn out and the marks and shooting was a challenge but very realestic indeed as the handlers will all agree.
May trial winner was Tuff $288 dollars ran and shot over by Doug Williams and owned by Craig Williams with a score of 245 out of 270 Tuff picked up all his marks in the timber and one extra shell was shot to hit all the ballons and it was a 7 min run to take the first trial and leads the money standings. June looks to be even a bigger turn out so come run your dog and make a better hunting companion and enjoy some good fun. We had a dog from TN and people spectating from Montgomery and dogs from Fla all went well.We had some great new pups running that look to be real awesome soon in the trials and most all the dogs did great as well.
June trial winner was won by Todd and River from Auburn who won $244 dollars they both really smoked it and River nailed her 80 yard mark in the flooded timber and was flawless out of the blind with her manners. Not to mention Todd shot very well hitting his 70 yard bumper.
July Trial was won by Doug Williams and Maddie and won $240 dollars as well we had enough dogs there was a second place paid out to TJ Jones and Biscut from Crestview Fla $160 dollars . There were some great dogs the top two dogs the handlers busted the 70 yard bonus bird to capture the top two spots.
August trial was won by Tuff and Doug Williams and now puts Tuff ahead with $540 in winnings. Other dogs are closing in money wise and the last trial will tell all in September.

DOG SERIES MONEY TRIALS WILL BEGIN NEW SEASON MAY 14TH 2011 8AM.THE NEW SEASON LOOKS TO PAY OUT MONEY TO THE TOP FINSIHERS .SEASON WILL RUN FROM MAY TIL AUGUST EACH SEASON.THE FINAL TRIAL WILL CROWN THE NATIONAL DUCK DOG SERIES NATIONAL CHAMPION BASED ON TOTAL MONIES EARNED TIL SEPT 2011
IN THE DUCK DOG SERIES YOU WILL RUN YOUR DOG OUT OF A 20FT DUCK BLIND WITH DOG RAMP .EACH HANDLER MUST WEAR CAMO AND THE DOG WILL WORK OFF THE DOG RAMP OR OUT OF THE BLIND. THE HANDLER WILL CALL ON HIS DUCK CALL YOU MUST HAVE A CALL TO BEGIN THE RUN THE FIRST MARK WILL BE SHOT WITH A BALOON ATTACHED THE CLOCK WILL START ON THE LAUNCH SHOT OF THE DUMMY AND RUN FOR 12 MINS. IF YOU HIT THE BALLOON YOU WILL GET CREDIT FOR A KILL . ONCE THE DUMMY HITS THE WATER THE DOG CAN LEAVE THE BLIND. POINTS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SHOT BIRDS ,STEADY DOGS,RETRIEVE TO THE BLIND, TIME LEFT ON THE CLOCK ETC.... RULES WILL BE GIVEN BEFORE TRIAL.THIS IS A HUNTING TYPE DOG TRIAL WITH SHOOTING AND RETRIEVEING DISTANCE THAT ARE WITHN REASON......
FEES ARE $55 PER DOG $40 WILL BE PAID BACK PER DOG.
1-9 DOGS PAYS OUT 100 % TO ONE DOG
10-15 DOGS PAYS TWO DOGS 60/40
15-20 WILL PAY OUT 3 DOGS 50/30/20
